FRM报名时姓在前并没有关系的。FRM报名时关于姓名的写法，GARP官方说明，要求和证件保持一致即可。
译：FRM报名时填写的姓名会直接反应在FRM准考证上。关于准考证信息的要求，GARP官方有如下说明：
The name on the Admission Ticket must match exactly the name on the candidates' passport or driver's license that they present on Exam day.
入准考证上的姓名必须与考生考试当天出示的护照或驾照上的姓名完全一致。
This includes an exact match of the first name, last name, and any middle name or initial.
译：这包括名字、姓氏和任何中间名或首字母的精确匹配。
对于中国考生来说，证件上没有英文写法。因此，考生只需要按照要求填写即可。大小写不做要求。
